Balance & Bitters was born from a simple belief: that extraordinary cocktails shouldn't be confined to four walls. Our founder spent years behind the bars of celebrated establishments before answering the call of the open road and the open field.
Inspired by the wandering apothecaries of old who carried their remedies from village to village, we built a mobile bar that carries something equally restorative: the joy of a perfectly crafted drink, shared among people you love.
